Personal Training

All of our personal training sessions are one hour in duration, and clients are encouraged to use the facility on days when they are not being coached through exercise sessions.We also offer private boxing lessons with our seasoned boxing instructors. These lessons are thirty minutes long and are a great supplement to our regular classes. Whether you are new to boxing or are training for this years Golden Gloves, these lessons will be of great value to you.

All of the staff possess years of experience, are certified or possess relevant academic experience. Most of our staff have come out of graduate programs such as exercise physiology, physical therapy or other health related disciplines.

Clients come to KC’s Fitness with a wide variety of needs, but the majority simply need to lose weight, add muscle, and improve their nutrition.

Our clients are not pampered. Sessions are designed to challenge good people to work hard and educate them about how to exercise safely. The environment is nurturing and our members feel encouraged and embraced by the community of exercisers.
