One minute of striking & one minute of calisthenics. The latter are all going to be simple body weight exercises. Then, you have thirty seconds to rest if you need it. You will just need yourself and a way to keep time. Going through these sixteen rounds will take no more than 24 minutes if you do it once. Feel free to challenge yourself & do the sixteen exercises twice. Train well & be great.

  1.  Jab, Cross, Hook
  2. Burpees
  3. Jab Cross, Hook, Hook
  4. Pushups (modified if necessary)
  5. Jab, cross, hook, hook, uppercut,
  6. Squats (allow your Butt to be parallel with the floor)
  7. Jab, cross, hook, hook, uppercut, uppercut
  8. Left lead lunge with a right cross
  9. Jab, cross hook, hook, hook
  10. Right lead lunge with a left cross
  11. Jab, jab, cross
  12. Jumping Jacks
  13. Jab, Jab, cross, left hook, right hook,
  14. Abdominal crunches
  15. Jab, Jab, cross, left hook, right hook, left upper cut, right uppercut
  16. Hold a horse stance for one minute.
