They provide fast a full-body workout that can help you increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and core conditioning. Try them out with us. Kettlebell classes at KC’s Fitness provide a 1/2 hour of workout that can really support your workout goals within a short time commitment.
Kettlebell classes are held on Monday/Wednesday mornings: from 6:15am to 6:45am and Tuesday/Thursday evenings between 5:15pm and 5:45pm.
