David has been with KC’s Fitness since 2010. He teaches our Women’s Boxing and Spartan classes, and his unparalleled enthusiasm for life and self improvement is totally infectious. His personal journey in health and wellness began a decade ago after losing 85 pounds. Whether it is boxing, running marathons, fifty mile races, or helping people achieve their goals, David always believes you can do a little more than you thought you could. He trains himself and others with a spirit that soars.
