It’s just as effective and demanding as any training modality out there, but boxing and kickboxing safely pushes your limits. It’s low impact in nature in that one foot is always on the floor. The movements are executed in a controlled environment under the watchful eyes of experienced and certified boxing coaches.
8. It’s a safe and powerful workout
Our competitive boxers can be at risk for injury, but our class members are not competitive and safer than they might be on a racquetball court, or box jumping in some big box gym.
