What will boxing do for your body?

It’s the ultimate high intensity interval workout. It’s both aerobic and an anaerobic. The latter builds strength, speed, power and boost your metabolism. You will be burning more calories while driving home after our boxing classes. Applying force against resistance gets you stronger. Punching or kicking a 200 pound heavy bag will help you get stronger. You won’t look like a body builder, but you will certainly look fit. Core strength is important for everyone and boxers need their hips to rotate in order to get full extension and deliver powerful blows.
