Perform 300 swings per day (3 sets of 100) at any time of day.
Break up your 100 swings as you like (groups of 20, 30, 50, etc.)
BUT, whenever you put the bell down during your set of 100 – perform any of the following movements:
10 Squats
10 Leg lifts
10 Pushups (any variation, except for imaginary)
10 Thrusters (squat press)
1 minute of plank
1 minute of jumping jacks…
